Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag or outer carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use the provided QR code at any authorized drop-off location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned footwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
